In February 2024, I had the privilege of speaking at the Global Nurses' Voices Speaker Series, an innovative outreach by the Nightingale Initiative for Global Health (NIGH). This series brought together nurses, including students and retirees, to share stories advocating for healing, resilience, and collaboration worldwide.
Session Four featured notable speakers such as Elizabeth Iro, WHO Chief Nursing Officer (2018-2022). The event provided a platform to exchange insights on the power of storytelling in nursing leadership and advocacy.
